DIEGO R. NÁJERA,  BFA

I am an artist that specializes in drawing, painting and photography. I was born in Quito, Ecuador and immigrated  to Canada at the age of 13. My artwork and style reflect my upbringing in the latin culture and my many travels throughout Canada, Central and South America and the world. Art has long been my passion and after graduating from York University with a Fine Arts degree, I have spent many years teaching it. My training and experience have allowed me to open 78 Custom PaintINK, a Studio and Gallery where you can find unique home decor, one of a kind gifts and affordable artwork. I’ve expanded my portfolio beyond canvas and paper to include painting custom shoes, denim clothing and on unconventional surfaces such as maple leaves and rose petals.
